Date to move in: March 28th 2021 (living until February 6th 2022 is preferred)
Perfection location (5-min walk to wherever your needs are needed!)

2. Commonwealth bank

4. Anytime fitness & Zap fitness
5. Service Tasmania and Glenorchy Library
6. Woolworths.
7. Glenorchy Bus loop.
Fortnightly pay (including WiFi, water, and gardening ): $135 per week
Personal facilities: One desk, one double-sized bed, one chair, wardrobe are provided.
Sharing appliances: microwave, oven, television, stove, fridge and washer, etc.
Rules to consider:
1. Collective house cleaning every two weeks(basically on Sunday).
2. Be attentive to keep clean and tidy on a daily basis( especially kitchen space).
3. Be aware of keeping bathroom well-ventilated.
4. No accessories hung on wall.
