    HI wiLLIAM, THANKS FOR YOUR reporting and I already sent this link to the International student service Director and Advicer.

   The best way is still that you go there in person and let them know.

    I will report it to the international service tomorrow. As i dont want this to happen again. those tough guys are just way too scary :S

As my understanding of that this is the fourth case recently.

改变Local的行为需要时间，这之前要注意保护自己，晚上不要出门。

    非常好，这个方法很实际。

最近真的很乱。。。。
我记得两年前，我大半夜的在街上走都没事。
凌晨1、2点，3、4点都没出过事。。。。
