大家在墨尔本买过车吗，，
1--当地办过户手续麻烦吗
2--开过来办牌照变更，，需要多少钱啊

Buy a car in Melbourne without number plate will be even cheaper.  It should save you money in both end.

i bough one b 4 it cheaper depend how much the car cost it east u can use the car for one year in  tas

If you purchased a car from a private seller or a dealer who doesn't want to sale you without a plate, you can drive that car in Tas for 3 months with VIC plate, however, maybe you want to change the plate before the car's rego runs out.  
However, I do know people who purchased new, near new or cars from dealer without number plate.  It should save you money in VIC and you can spend that number plate money in Tas.
