Well, I shall not discuss this matter further as this post has a great potential of turning into racial/location discrimination type.

P.S to those HK students... there are many more Mandarin speaking Chinese who have lived LONGER THAN U THOUGHT in Hobart. Peace~

Jeez, this was just a post originally intended for meeting more friends in Hobart and to provide help for those newcomers. I dunno how this could turn into a platform for racial segregation. I am more than happy to meet friends from anywhere and i believe those who have an open mind would do so as well. However most people who come to oversea countries would like to meet friends that they can at least communicate and for hk student I believe is reasonable for them to meet friends who speak cantonese as their first priority as this is their first language.

Please do not put this as a discriminating factor as we all know how hard it is to live at foreign country. Also I dunno how LIVING LONGER in hobart can spark up those mandarin speaking students.

P.S ( Most HK students these days can speak mandarin along with well english and fluent cantonese)
