One room is available on 7th jan ($130), two other rooms available after 15 feb ($120 and $135)
All rooms fully furnished with table, bed, heater and wardrobe . Rent includes water and internet. Close to uni, about 7-10  mins walk and 3-5 mins walk to supermarket.  You will be sharing house with 3 other Asian boys student, very nice and not noisy.
Looking for a non- smoking and not so noisy student.
