Apartment large room for rent along Regent Street

Dear all,

Sorry for not able to type out my message in chinese due to the set up of my computer. Just want to add in some information regarding to the particular room:

- close to UTAS (about 10 mins walk) and Woolworths (about 3 mins walk)
- in a property which featuring kitchen, lounge and a combine of bathroom and laundry
- the new tenant should stay until the end of the period - 31st January 2010  
  (Sorry for that, honestly) ::zt34::
- Female preferable (don't worry, you will be sharing the apartment with a female)

Sorry if there is anything which you might find it unreasonable. Anyway, you are welcomed to have a look at the room and please make sure to contact me before that. Thank you.

这间房间呢，基本上来说是间空房。适合之前已有自己的书桌啊，床啊之类的同学们。有兴趣的话，欢迎看房。::zt59::
