A single room in 30 Regent penthouse will be available for renting from around 16th Nov.2011  until 20th Feb. 2012. It's just ten-mins walking to Sandy Bay campus(Chemistry building) and less than 2 mins walking to woolworths.
80 AUD per week only. A 300 AUD non-negotiable deposit will be charged upon your moving in. Assume that no damage is found on the facilities of the room when the contract is due, then the deposit will be paid back to the tenant, fully and timely.
NO CHARGE FOR POWER & WIFI, BUT CONSERVATION IS DESIRED.
