标题: Mouse catcher [打印本页] 作者: ceciliachiu 时间: 2012-4-26 18:22 标题: Mouse catcher Dudley just caught a mouse (very dead now) in the backyard. He brought it to the verandah.
He caught one too last week. Last time when I saw him on the verandah, he was a bit shocked and dropped the mouse. I got rid of the mouse and gave him a piece of bone afterwards.
This time, he was determined to keep it, ran inside the house and hid underneath the bench seat. He eventually came out but left the dead mouse there. With the limited neck movement, I cannot bend down to pick it up. Will have to wait for my husband to come home to finish the work.

Our dogs are trained not to bring meat into the house. (They have their meals on the verandah.) Probably I was shocked and he was shocked that his gut reaction was to run away and in this case into the house - the last place he should have gone to.作者: 追忆似水年华 时间: 2013-3-4 14:06
