Lemon Meringue Pie

The first lemon meringue pie I made. Super tangy and thanks to my friend who gave me heaps of lemons today.

I sprinkled some slivered almond on the bottom but the pie crust is overbaked.


I think I used almost a dozen lemons for this custard.

Thanks. I am still finetuning the recipe. Will post it up when I am happy with the outcome.
