Qantas照样不负责!
因为它在上海晚点,造成我们一行7人没赶上悉尼转往霍巴特的国内航班
而且要3天以后才能有航班费霍巴特

I am very surprised to hear Qantas could do anything like that. Firstly, Qantas offers daily flight to Hobart from Sydney and JetStar has 2 direct flight per day. Further, Qantas might put you on a SYD-MEL, MEL-HOB in order to get you to Hobart on the same day. 3 days for a such short flight to me seems unbelievable. Did you complain to Qantas, they do have pretty good customer service.
A qantas flight once was delayed 2 hours on me, they provided me a $20 food ticket in Sydney Airport. That was for a short flight as well. Report to Qantas customer service. |
