Beautiful house under $100 Per Week(代友发帖)

I work in an IT company in City. I am clean, easy-going and very patient and am looking for a clean and mature sharemate, ideally also working professional please.

It is a very beautiful and warm house and has three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a separate kitchen, but I would like to keep one of them as a spare room. It takes me about 10 or 15 mins drive from house to city and 5 mins to Eastland shopping mall.

The rent shall be $100 per week plus 4 weeks bond, and clean tenants preferred  Location: 84 currajong street, Mornington. You are welcome if you want to come and have a look at the house.

因为之前是我朋友一个人住那房子，所以他当时找一个合租。

现在因为我朋友人在mel一段时间，而且另外一个舍友也要回国一段时间。
