帮一个超级Nice的朋友招租。她的房子在south hobart，比cascade 啤酒厂再往下一点，景色非常好，很安静，附近都是居民也不偏僻。

房子现在住了2个女生，都是非常好相处的人，房子很新很干净。

由于房子离市区和学校都有点距离，所以比较建议有车的朋友前来咨询，要是没车也问题不大，因为门口就是公交站，到city或者学校也是10分钟左右的时间。

Bright, homely two-bedroom house to share with one other (early 30s female) in beautiful South Hobart. With stunning views of Mt Wellington and the Hobart Rivulet. The house is tidy with a living room overlooking the river; an open kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower with attached laundry. There is a lock-up garage for bikes, etc. The going room is medium sized, with a built-in wardrobe, and a single bed included but you can bring your own furniture of you like. Located conveniently close to the Strickland Ave bus stop, the house is 5 minutes walk to the iconic Cascade Brewery and Gardens and about 5 to 10 min drive to town, Salamanca and University.

Your friendly housemate works most of the week and is looking for a fellow female to share her beloved house who is respectful, moderately clean and is flexible to openly communicate about household issues. Rent is $120 including internet and water. Electricity is quarterly and is expected to be shared. Bond is $480(4 weeks rent).
