TLL Accounting is a Sydney based accountancy practice servicing a broad range of clients nationwide. Due to the increasing number of clients in Tasmania, TLL Accounting has established its Tasmania based office to provide better services to clients in Tasmania.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic accountant (3+ years of accounting experience) to become part of our team and to further develop their accounting careers.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Receivables
Assist with any accounting duties
Assist with month end duties
Preparation of a full range of financial statements and income tax returns from individuals to private companies
Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for a portfolio of SMSFs
Prepare quarterly BAS, GST & IAS
Provision of tax and business advice

Skills and experience

Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting. CPA/CA preferred.
Minimum of three years’ experience in Accounting
Experience with Xero/MYOB preferred
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to timely process and allocate payments
Ability to work autonomously in a small team environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel
Problem-solving skills and demonstrates initiative
