Their pinot gris wines are fermented in stainless steel and bottled early to preserve their distinctive varietal aromas and flavours. Their inspiration are the dry white wines of Alsace in eastern France. These display considerable weight and texture, and offer attractive drinking for up to ten years.

Their 2003 and 2004 pinot gris won bronze medal at Tasmania Wine Show and International Cool Climate at Red Hill, Victoria. Relbia pinot noir is highly regarded by critics and consumers. Theirwines show well when young, but provide their best drinking at 2-5 years of age. 2002 pinot noir won bronze medal at Tasmania Wine Show and International Cool Climate at Red Hill, Victoria.
