关于485和885签证的问题？

看移民局网站上说485签证是为了没有达到120分独立技术移民而准备的。
  如果毕业时可以达到120分的话是不是就可以直接申请885签证了，就没有必要在申请485？
  那么在885没有审批下来的这段时间是不是就不能在澳大利亚逗留了？

  换言之，不管能不能达到120分，都要申请485签证。

no, you will get bridge visa A when you lodge your 885 visa.  it allows you to work or study in oz without limitation.

i think it is too early for you to consider it cos you have not come to oz yet.  the policy must be changed when you graduate 2 years later.
