Optus怎么乱扣费？

回Hobart前，在悉尼机场买了Optus SIM Card。

回到Hobart后，$30还用不到一个星期。我选的是Free Call的那个Plan，名字好像是Biggest什么来着....
发现每天都扣钱似的。昨晚还有两块多的，今天想打电话就剩下85 cents了。
昨晚到今天都没有打过电话，就只接了一个国内打来的电话。

都不知道怎么了，以前$30还用一个月呢，现在竟然一个星期都不到。

到底是怎么回事？难道在悉尼买的就出问题？难道接电话也要钱？

我刚来的时候30刀就用了2天。。。而且基本上没怎么用。打电话给客服，说我参加了个什么收费服务，名字连听都么听到过。。。。

靠，不会吧....怎么可以这样？

那怎么去掉收费服务？

那个时候我换了个新sim卡，原来那个扔掉了，后来基本就好了，哈哈

刚才我查过了，我没有订阅什么东西....

Optus is horrible.
the best thing to do is probably 'suck it up' for now. and switch to other network or plan.

I got one from Virgin Mobile. pretty good deal.
$39 including handset, a blue tooth kit for the car, plus $5 credit.
then, top up online. $25, for $0.10 per text, $0.10 per 30 seconds call.
pretty much the best rate i have ever seen so far.

oh... i got the phone at Post Office. it was a promotion, while stock last.
you can go and have a look at the one on campus.
but they accept BYO, you can bring your own phone, just get their SIM.
the handset is actually not bad, coming with everything, including a 2mg camera, FM radio, UST connection, can log onto all the major website too. definitely not bad for a $39 phone.
all the prepaid plan they have at the moment you shall be able to find out on the website.
