Hi, let me answer your question.
First, I have to say M of teaching is a very demanding course. I'm doing the secondary stream, which means I am not quite sure if the primary stream would be easier or more difficult. But what I can tell you is once you take this degree, you are expected to become a qualified teacher and thus, you won't have much chance to take it casually.
Secondly, as far as I am concerned, Tasmanian TRB has no specific requirement for applicants whose first language is not English, which means we would be exempted from any stupid and scary English competence test. But no one can guarantee that there will be no change in the future. Thirdly, if you are really determined to take this degree, I am sure it is good for your improvement in English. But meanwhile, you really need to work hard on it. Otherwise,it is hard to survive. |
