    不好意思啊,白天在公司,没有中文输入的,只能英文回了
可能没有说清楚,
500K,就是500,000 刀. 不过那不是要求申请人参与的这里澳洲生意的规模,
而是申请人的海外,即在中国的净资产额.而且需要证明这是'经营'所得.
也就是说'中彩票的收入'可能不能被承认.

如果你要申请,基本上,
1> <45岁
2> IELTS 每项高于5分
3> 中国个人净资产高于50万澳币
4> 在中国有经验活动 (是合法经验活动就行,如果帮人打工,能挣那么多也行)
5> 还有些别的条件,不记得了
6> 要向澳洲政府/州政府提出你要在澳洲做生意的意向, 比如你买了哪个小铺子.... (铺子的规模,我暂时还没有看到具体的数字...不过我知道有人买加油站,那是大的,也有人买报亭, 那应该算是小的)

OK, now about Lottery.
basic, all the lottery you can buy are issued by a company based in NSW.
but not all the lottery they issued you can buy here in hobart in the newsagency.
in Sydney, there's Lotto, powerball, Jackpott... and some little scratchy ones.
I remember seeing Lotto, but not Powerball.

Powerball has the lowest odds to win the biggest prize in by ONE single bet. however, in 2009, the Powerball has once reached the highest prize in OZ history, 200Million. I remember it was split by two different people, who got the same number.

so, how to get access to all the lottery that is going on?
to register online at the NSW lottery, to be a member, and purchase your lottery ticket online, then, you shall have more chances to participate in all kinds of lottery.

once you reigster there as a member, a member fee of $3 per year. you will receive a membership card (like library card). you can then purchase your lottery ticket on the websit, and electronic ticket will be issued under your membership. once you win a price, the price winning notice will be sent to your nominated email address. I can't remember if you will need to nominate a bank account when you register. you can check that out yourself.
