How come I have to wait for that long.....
I lodged my application online on 9/4/2009, still haven't have a case officer....

I just called the immigration office today...
OMG.... I think I mistakenly put my English languages as "compentent" instead of "proficient"........How silly am I?
and he said he will send a request to the processing centre to process my application asap.....

that's the wicked part...he dint have any employer sponsor....that lucky son of a bitch applied via a lawyer though which kinda makes his application smoother....yet he had field related part time work experience on the top of his application as opposed to others...that's why i guess...all the best....u r getting there....

I don't have any sponsorship. I've applied for the Independent Skilled Migration 885.  Applied through online self-submission.  Guess it's because I'm a Registered Nurse, that's why i get priority although i've only handed in my application on 27th July and I've already been assigned to a case officer.  My best friend who's in the same situation as me is also on the similar pathway.
