If you have paid your tuition fees and are unable to commence study, you should request a refund of program/ Course* fees.

The University will refund all or part of your fee on the following basis:-

1.If you do not meet the conditions of your Offer of Enrolment or are unsuccessful in obtaining a visa a full refund will be made.

2.If you cancel your place at least 28 days before your course starts, all tuition fees paid are refundable less an administrative fee:
■of 20% for ELICOS Courses.
■of 10% for all other Courses.

3.If you cancel your place less than 28 days before your course starts or withdraw before census date, 50% of tuition fees paid are refundable.
Any such refund will be paid within 4 weeks after receipt of your completed Request for Fees Refund Form.

If you withdraw after census date no refund is payable.

如果雅思不到，必须读DEAP那也没什么好说。纯粹考雅思，来这边学就没意义了。个人觉得ELC不能帮你实质提高英语。但是多个小半年，却可以熟悉下霍巴特的生活节奏。 今天还碰到以前DEAP的老师Aida。。时间好快啊

对于不为了移民的，我还是建议去一些名校吧，回国找工作很在意留学的学校的。如果是真心热衷会计专业的，强烈建议考虑下美国的学校，尤其是美国商科比较好的一些大学。4门的美国AICPA是完全可以在毕业后考完的，基本上以前同班同学去米国的，现在和我的差距都已经非常大了。。。唉。。。

至于能移民澳洲的，那就另外一回事了，不同的人生追求，我觉得没什么可比性。米国要拿绿卡很难，本科必要整2年了，老同学毕业后去米国拿到绿卡的只有1个人
