We are looking for a responsible couple or person to clean and maintain share university apartments in exchange for accomodation onsite including power. Situated in Salamanca Place, Hobart, Tasmania. Your role would be to oversee the property, clean the common areas and fix minor problems onsite or organise the appropriate tradesperson.
