Sandy Bay 一間超大房間下星期日起租，位置很好，和學校在同一條街，上學購物都十分方便。
房子很大，有客廳，廚房 (有兩大個冰箱)，3個洗手間/浴室，洗衣房，5個房間，巨型後花園。
大家都很清潔，安靜。

shared by 5 people (3 students, 2 professionals) and lovely dogs.
We are looking for a mature share mate who is tidy, quiet,
considerate and reliable.

- Very convenient: 5mins walk to Uni, 1min walk to Woolworths.
- 5 BDRMs, dining, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, laundry & huge backyard.
- No party, no smoking inside the house.
- Stellar views of Mount Wellington.
About the room:
- medium-sized, w/ wardrobe, single bed, and a desk
- Rent: $110/w, Bond: 4weeks
- Electricity & water bills are divided equally
- Internet: $9 per month
- available from the 23th June and the lease ends on 6th February
