Excellent accommodation for International Students. Walking distance to UTAS, Sandy Bay shops and CBD. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are co-joined, (see photos) would suit 2 singles, or a couple $200 per week.
Single bedroom, $145 per week. Built-in wardrobes.
NBN/internet provided for house. Shared kitchen, white goods, laundry with huge washing machine, bathroom and 2 toilets. Lounge and dining area to be shared. House undergoing maintenance and renovations – will be ready for occupation at end of February.
