Fail to stop at yellow light怎么办？

一个调子在晚上，我吃饭回家的路上停了我的车子，说刚才过的那个交通灯，我Fail to stop at yellow light，扣了3分，我觉得Yellow light 一般都可以直接过去的吧。这也要算违规？

谁有这方面的条款？我去Court，淫的机会多吗？

如果你是看到黄灯后，而且是亮了好几秒后你还是没有要停下来的意思的话
而且又当你过了灯一瞬间，那灯已经变红灯了
他可以给你发单的。

但是如果当你刚要过黄绿灯的时候，那黄灯亮起，这个是可以容许的
黄灯亮起时是提醒你要准备停车了，如果黄灯刚亮的时候，你的速度无法让你能及时，安全地停下来，你可以开过去。

不知道LZ的具体是什么情况

You won't have a great chance in court, if it is red before you get to the other side of the intersection, you've went through a red light.  Therefore, the penalty for going through a yellow light is actually same as going through red light.   I wouldn't go to court for such a minor incident, court cost and your time will be more than the amount you are fined.
