寻人顶租

AUD85 a week， 包电。 类似homestay,但是不包餐。 房间在2楼，有自己的厨房。家具一应俱全。另一 室友是泰国人，非常友好。寻人来顶租，女生优先。由于房东夫妇年纪已大，所以希望顶租的人能够整洁，安静。

起租日期为10月18日到22号。

注：Princes street is close to woolworth supermarket, 10 to 15 mins walking distance to uni.
