Housing - thank you

As the girl who was going to take over my place has got another plan, so I need to find another person to move in.

Staying with the landlord couple. $85/wk is what I am paying currently but I think it'd be good to talk to the landlord.  It includes the electricity. No internet connection.

Landlord couple are very nice Australian. Another flatmate is from Thai.  Looking for a female who is neat and quiet (not a party girl) :)) The room is only good for one person. Share the kitchen with the Thai girl at the second floor;

And sorry I mis-selected the option in the drawn-down list as I don't have a chinese system in this computer. The house has probably 4 or 5 rooms but only one room is available at the moment.
