broadband DSL only, with Telephone line with another company?

就是不需要电话的  
aanet dodo netspace 都有plan 但是不知道SANDY BAY 是不是available  因为好像不是哪都可以

I just ran a quick search using my own number (sandy bay) on
www.whirlpool.net.au

there are quite a few choices list.
you can check it up on that website.

http://bc.whirlpool.net.au/bc/?action=list

this list will provide you current plan of all ISP at the moment.
then, you can look into if any of them provide service in Sandy Bay.

by the way, according to the website, Sandy Bay is Zone 3, Regional area.
