1). China has 9 international gateways. Most inbound and outbound internet traffic must go via these 9 gateways.
2). As we know we are hosting the Shanghai Expo at this moment, so all non-HeXie contents on the web cannot be routed out of China.

On 29th April, a guy killed many kids in Taixing City, Jiangsu Province. Since that day, I can hardly log in Xiaonei . Why ?

3). In China, most internet users use dynamic IP address. It is kind of difficult to trace a person. So if a person have visited Amnesty International and his IP address is 192.168.1.1, how can the Big Mums block him? Well the big mums will block all the addresses start from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254!!!!!!

4).In Australia, most internet subscribers have their own IP address. For example mine is 131.217.36.96. If I type "Taixin killing" in Baidu, Baidu will report me to the government. The big mums will block all the addresses start form 131.217.0.1 to 131.217.255.254.  Sorry to those guys in the same network segment with me.
