Assessments completed prior to the 1 July 2010 will note its is valid
for 5-years. To clarify, this means your assessment remains active for
5-years and you may update your assessment at any time within that
period without being charged another $350AUD (with exception to appeals
which will incur a review fee of $80AUD). After this validity period
lapses, you will be required to re-apply for a full re-assessment of
your qualifications and you will be assessed in accordance with the
assessment criteria at the time of re-assessment.
However, although our assessments are active for 5-years, the Department
of Immigration require a current assessment result issued by CPA
Australia; generally within one year from the assessment date.
Applicants are required to contact the Department of Immigration to
enquire if their assessment letter would be accepted upon lodgement of
their PR and/or visa application.
Should you be required to obtain an updated assessment letter for the
purpose of migration, you are required to return your original
assessment letter to CPA Australia. Upon receipt, we may re-issue an
updated letter accordingly. Lost or replacement letters will incur a fee
of $80AUD. In order to be considered under the current assessment
guidelines, requests for an update or replacement letter must be
received by CPA Australia by the 31 August 2010.

4 5年有效期就是这5年里不需要交ＲＥ－ＡＳＳＥＳＳ的申请费，但是申请标准按照但是的要求来。

早上打了个电话去CPA，确实是这个说法，和我说renew的条件是要在完成assessment1年以后，如果在8月31前renew的话不需要雅思成绩，但是8月31号后renew就需要了
