Commanwelath Bank就可以，但汇率只有6.07

you can try CBA, ANZ, AMEX, WESTERN UNION,
I reckon AMEX provides the best rate, and lowest charge. CBA's FX change is basically platformed on top of AMEX's system.

Just wondering if you are just needing a few hundred dollars cash handy during the trip, or you would like to take advantage of strong AUD rate to sent a reasonable amount of fund overseas.

if only a few hundred dollars, maybe you can source YOUTAS, ask around to see if anyone will be able to help you out. the charges to get RMB in cash from any of the above 4 institutions will be relatively high and the rate won't be any good.
