之前一直都没能改...客服电话总有问题.
今天终于改了...happy的咧..

1 确定你要改的套餐, 不清楚的可以参考

2,一旦你更改了, 现有的mytime,以及以前累计的帐户credit都没了

3. 拨打 1300555002

4,接通以后,是电脑服务,会让你用简单的单词标明你要的服务. 类似搜索引擎,使用关键词.
这时候,清晰,匀速的说 I want to change my prepaid plan.

5,电脑会说,u want to change ur prepaid plan, is that right?
你回答 yes

6. 然后她会问which plan u want to change? mobile, tv, internet..blur blur....
你回答 mobile

7 然后她说If u want to change ur mobile prepaid plan, pleast press star key
然后你别说press star key...直接按一下星号键就ok了.

8 然后转为人工服务. 反正为我服务的是个澳洲男生.没什么口音的,很容易明白.

cute teller:  hi, this is...can i help u.....
me: hi.this is ...calling from hobart. i want to change my optus prepaid plan, is that possible?

cute teller: sure, i am happy to assist u to change ur plan....which plan u prefer?
me: i am not sure about my current plan, but i want to change it to power up, please.
                                 (1.Bigger and Better Free Call, 2 TruboCharge,3 Every Now and Then:4 power up.(取决与
                   自己的想要换的套餐)

cute teller: ok, u want to change ur prepaid plan to power up, is that right?
me. yes, thanks

cute teller: could u tell me ur mobile number?

cute teller: ok, just ensure the identification, i may ask u a few details about ur account
me. sure.

cute teller, could u tell me ur birthday
me.XXXX

cute teller, may i have ur name
me. my first name is ... my family name is ...(建议大家拼写出来.这里的信息都是你激活时候留的)

cute teller: 记不得英文了-00-,,,这里是给你解释套餐变更之后你的my time和帐户累计的credit都会没有的,
                  你确定是否要更改
me: sure, i got it. i still want to change it. thanks

cute teller: i am helping u to change ur prepaid plan now. u will recive a sms to confirm ur plan if it be processed.
me: thanks, just wonder how long will it take generally?

cute teller: the processing usually within 20 mins
me: thanks. that's pretty good.

cute teller: can i help u anything else, do u have any enquiry about any other services or product?
me: no, thanks. that's it.

cute teller: thank u very much ,i am happy to help u to tackle it. have a good afternoon.
me.thanks.


过了5分钟,收到短信.

u have now sucessfully changed ur calling offer to optus power up. recharge now to take advantage of ur new plan.

我也是刚刚换好，我被印度口音轰炸了。不过说的还算清楚。

lol...it's quite important to get familiar with all accents...

确实有很多印度人做客服，遇到的话会很痛苦:L

为什么我都遇不到澳洲当地的客服人员呢！

每次都是印度阿三。晕死。

因为很多公司的Call Centre都在印度，这里包括telstra, vodafone, optus,他们在印度都有call centre :d

optus换plan太麻烦了，vadafone的你买什么充值卡就变什么plan，没上面这么麻烦。

我还以为电话公司要省人工费呢。

就是要省人工才把Call Centre移到印度去啊.
