WITH the first anniversary of the Myer fire just days away, the site still remains vacant.
The historic building in the heart of Hobart burned down one year ago this Monday.
The spectacular blaze caused major disruption to the city for weeks.
The Tasmania Fire Service was pushed to the limit as the fire spread through the floors and threatened neighbouring buildings.
With the Centro Group, which owns the Cat & Fiddle arcade, struggling financially, there seems to be no immediate move to do anything with the land, which is owned by the Retirement Benefits Fund.
With the site remaining vacant for the forseeable future, we want to know what our readers think should be done with the site.
